A wonderful RED blend from California, made up of 58% Merlot, 25% Syrah, 9% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Zinfandel, RED is lush with succulent ripe red fruit flavors and spicy aromas. Full-bodied and versatile, RED pairs with a variety of foods for any occasion. It would be great with grilled foods and pizza or pasta dishes with red sauce. It also makes the perfect wine to serve at a cocktail party or backyard barbecue. RED not only blends grapes but blends labels as well: each bottle in a case of twelve bears a distinct red design, a variation on the paint splat theme developed for this wine by designer Jeffrey Caldewey.
