El Mayor Tequila is 100% agave tequila made at the Gonzales family-owned distillery under the watchful eye of the Master, Rodolfo Gonzales. The tequila is double-distilled in the traditional way. Like all blanco tequilas, El Mayor Blanco is un-aged. The nose is clean and bright with the scent of agave honey.
