Flavors abound in this wonderfully dry and lively Brut rose. Louis Bouillot was founded in 1877 by Jean Bouillot in Nuits-Saint-Georges, a little village nestled in the heart of the Cote d'Or. Made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay, we'd be hard pressed to think of anything even near this quality that doesn't cost at least double the price.
