Carefully cultivating their grapes at the ideal altitude, Terrazas literally uses terraces at different points up the mountainside to grow their grapes. The 2007 Cabernet is full of spice and red currant and raspberry fruit with vanilla, coconut and toasted notes provided by oak aging. It is an intense yet easy to like wine that will pair well with many meals.
