Class in a glass best describes this wine with nobility, light touches of spice and graphite and a drinkable nature that is long on the palate and ready to age for another decade. With low alcohol (always around 12.5%) and intense attention to terroir, Chateau Behere is an anomaly - they won't be a slave to the review game that almost every other property in the area has fallen prey to. You have to remember, the trend in Bordeaux is to follow the Pape-Clement model (i.e. produce oak slathered, manipulated Napa Valley Cabernet in Bordeaux) not an artisanal path. So you won't find reviews on this wine, just great taste in the bottle. Sante!
