This Chianti is composed of 90% Sangiovese, 7% Canaiolo, and 3% Colorino. It is a remarkably bold red, just about bursting with ripe raspberry, plum, cherry, and blackberry. The fruit is highlighted by rich, warm vanilla from aging and a hint of earth. Previous vintage received 90 points from Robert Parker!
