92 pts. Knockout ripe nose offers intense spicy plum, black cherry and incense aromas. Very rich and almost jammy on entry, then sweet and velvety in the middle, with balanced, lively acids giving definition to the ripe red cherry, flinty red plum and raspberry jam flavors. This started off almost chunky but really developed with air, gaining in complexity and depth while turning almost weightless. Finishes very long, with a hint of residual sugar from what must have been very ripe grapes in the warm '07 vintage. - International Wine Cellar
