Juan-Manuel Ortega, Wharton graduate and former investment banker, is having a lot more fun making wine in Ribera del Duero, Mendoza, and now in Chile than he did making money on Wall Street. Urban Maule is one of his newest wines, a Bordeaux-style blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot and 5% Carignan. It offers sweet spice notes in a ripe and fruity body that comes with an easy-to-like pricetag.
