It tastes of France, but the grapes for this bubbly are actually grown in Engle, New Mexico at an altitude of 4,200 feet. The wine is 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, crisp and full-bodied. It has aromas of green apple and grapefruit and a sophisticated taste, combined with an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!
