Alfasi Merlot is made of grapes from the Maule Valley just south of Santiago, Chile's capital city, Alfasi wines benefit from the rare joining of sunny climates and cool ocean breezes. Well-balanced, with plum and mild oak notes, and a velvety-smooth finish. This wine is best served with full flavored beef, veal, or chicken dishes, as well as pasta and cheese. Also pairs well with tomato sauce.
